Five of my family, three from UK and two from Texas stayed at this delightful property in Termini. The location is truly picture postcard, we never tired of the view of Capri and the amazing location. The house is lovely, very clean and comfortable, the owner Valerio made us feel so welcome and we felt as if we were being welcomed into his home rather than a rental house. The village is quiet and has everything needed to stock up on food (and wine!) it is a lovely peaceful haven to return to after a busy day out. A real bonus was the pool which we used every day to cool off!
A few tips......we set the GPS from Naples to Termini, big mistake as it took us right thru' Sorrento which isn't a good experience on a Saturday unless you like dodgems with cars, buses and scooters! set it to Termini via S Agata.
Although we hired a car we went to Sorrento by Sita bus. They are incredible and leave from the village regularly. The skill of the drivers is second to none. From Sorrento we picked up a small tour bus that took us on the Amalfi Drive to Amalfi then transferred to a boat to Ravello.....amazing day.
We booked a small boat to Capri from Marine del Cantone (nearest "beach, stony but you can swim and lots of nice restaurants) this was really nice and we then took a small bus organised by the boat guide which took us to Capri town and Anacapri which you can't really do yourself as the roads are too steep and narrow to walk on. would have done more but need at least two weeks.....Pompii next time! Oh yes, we most certainly will return. Ciao!
