Set out like a bierceller only mostly outdoors. Not for those who want conventional waiter service or varied menu but we really enjoyed it - so much that we returned later in the week. You queue to order beside where the food is being cooked. Not much choice - spit roast chicken and two park type dishes - not much else. We tried both chicken and pork shank. Both were excellent, though the chicken was better. Quantities were large and beer was also served at a booth in the grounds. as I said, not cordon bleu but we liked it. In fact the chips were the best we've ever had outside UK - and better than most here as well. Highly recommended. There are others in the Speck Stube chain / franchise so I will be watching out for them.
