We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and were able to park our motorcycle in a secure garage under the hotel. We were well looked after with a personal touch that is missing in so many other hotels. The room was spacious and very comfortable and breakfast was delicious especially Erika's mum's home baking.
The hotel is in the centre of town making access to the local amenities very easy.
All in all this was an excellent choice for a holiday destination.

We have been staying at Hotel Erika. We arrived late at night and were welcomed and guided right away.

The atmosphare is extremely cozy, clean and professional. The staff is also able to help you in English/German/Italian in case you have question about the area etc..

.Bathroom is wonderful and a little balcony to enjoy the view. I was surprised that the breakfast was ready even though we get up very early.

It was a great experience to have the coffee and a full delicious breakfast ready. The staff is super friendly and the owner welcomes you as a friend without being to intrusive..

.Really a great Hotel and the area is just our favourite...You will have ITALY in one spot with all its romantic ....HOTEL ERIKA WE HAVE THE BEST MEMORIES ..Thanks so much.

Stayed 4nights. Erika could not have been more helpful with anything at all. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast great. Definitely the best during our 18day tour. Freshfruit, eggs, cheese, cakes etc. (many hotels serve tinned fruit) - I am a coeliac and took my own sweet breakfast rolls but Erika recommended a restaurant 2mins away from hotel where they happily cooked my own pasta for me with a lovely italian tomato/basil sauce. After eating took a 5min stroll off the main road down beautiful cobbled streets, violin playing by subtle lights over the serene lake, people drinking vino and relaxing. Beautiful place that comes alive with atmosphere in the evenings. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at Erika in Sept a week and got a fantastic reception. In every way. Hotel Erika is tastefully decorated with thoughtful details, the holder of a miracle helpfulness and friendliness. We would recommend Erika!

My husband and I recently got married in Malcesine and found Erika's place when we first visited last July (08). We loved the hotel last year and went back with our whole family this year to a very warm return, Erika is by far the best hostess and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel is immaculate throughout, all rooms well furnished, breakfast fantastic and the atmosphere second to none. The town is right on your doorstep, what more could you ask for. We will be returning without a doubt!!!
