Enrico, the chef, is very careful in selecting the best ingredients and he's very savvy in mix them up, giving a unique taste also to more basic dishes: when I think about his meatballs I still taste them in my mouth after a few months. We were staying in the hotel with Half Board and it's the first time in my life where I was happy to go downstairs and have dinner
