We paid for one night half pension 190 € for two persons. A nice new location in Madonna di Campiglio, this means there is really nothing missing, there is a nice bar, restaurant, sauna etc. The room was fine and perfect also the bathroom. Our room has a small balcony but unfortunately our room seems to be very dark because there was the roof of the house over the balcony. That means the building is so far very good, modern and state of the art, the Wifi is free. But for a hotel which has the demand to be a particular hotel this alone is not enough. There is a gap between reality and wishes. In the restaurants we had the standard menu but we waited for the starters approx. 40 minutes, this is not acceptable. The same is with the wash service, we asked if we can give them our clothes in the afternoon and if we can have them back in the evening but this was not possible.
Anyway there is a potential but there is enough room for improvement of the service.

Rooms : very clean room every day again, good bed, 2 TV's, small bathroom with tiny shower.
Ski : Ski-room and shuttle-service is top although not on the ski-slopes, Ski-area is very beautifull.
Hotel : not very fancy for a designhotel, very small pool, mini welness facilities but correct.
Food : restaurant very poor design, not cosy, no nice views, food is OK but average, good wine-list (mostly Italian) at very democratic prices.
Staff : always smiling, very friendly and helpfull, but not always very well organised (restaurant, PC use, ...)
Overall : Nice clean correct hotel without much charm...

Stay 3rd to 10th March 2012. This is a lovely hotel and was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there at Christmas. The food and service was first class and the staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The Spa/Wellness centre is well run, clean and very relaxing - a perfect way to relax after skiing and before dinner. The shuttle service to and from the slopes was the best I have ever experienced - a phone call is sufficient to get them rushing to your rescue to whisk you back to the hotel. We used it every day and we never had to wait more than five minutes - and most times even less than that. The whole hotel is very clean, including the bedrooms, which are also very modern with a bed that you can get lost in - it is so large! We will definitely be going back to this resort and this hotel.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is helpful.

Only 2 comments to disadvantages to the hotel, otherwise a terrific experience.
1. When we read the information online about the hotel we thought the hotel was on the ski slope and you could ski-in/ski-out. That is not the case. We were within 10 minutes of ski slopes via complementary shuttle the hotel provides. The shuttle is very convenient and quick, so it does not take hinder skiing, but it isn't what we expected.

2. Some of the staff's English wasn't very good and so sometimes we experienced a few mistakes that were due to translation issues. We were in Italy and didn't speak Italian, so we understand this is normal. Best thing to do is double check your understanding of reservations, bookings, etc. and get them to write down as much as possible to avoid issues.

Otherwise, the hotel was great! Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The spa facilities are excellent. Swimming pool isn't very large so it is fine for little kids but older kids and adults it really doesn't have much to offer. The shuttle and front desk was always friendly and helpful. Several choices at the breakfast buffet, but it was the same all 7 days. I do wish the would have offered more fruit. If you go down to breakfast after a rush it does take them a long time to replenish the buffet, so your choices may be more limited. A lot of people took advantage of the half board option, but we did not. So, we are unsure about dinner.

Room Tip: If you book a suite there are two types - one with a 1/2 wall and one that is just a larger room. I...

Chalet Del Brenta is the ideal hotel for a family ski-trip. The service is excellent and the facilities are perfect for those with small children, as the hotel includes an excellent creche facility that in true Italian style runs until 10.30pm! A modern spa facility includes a sauna, steam room, relax area, swimming pool and small gym. The rooms are well laid out and easily accommodated our three children in a family suite without feeling overcrowded. The hotel is well geared for ski services with a boot room and an excellent 'on-demand' shuttle service to any of the resorts ski stations. In terms of catering Breakfast is a well-provided buffet style arrangement with several hot options available and dinner a small a la carte menu of four courses. Dining is by no means haute-cuisine but more than adequate for a ski resort based hotel. The Staff are friendly, approachable and very helpful in dealing with all situations and nothing seemed too much trouble under the watchful eye of Hotel Manager Daniel.

On the advice of a good friend, I stayed in February 2012 at the Hotel Chalet del Brenta in Madonna di Campiglio and I would struggle to find a complaint.
The hotel is elegant, its staff incredibly attentive, always smiling, genuine and friendly, rooms very spacious and comfortable.
"AllSenses" SPA is a faboulos place where to spend time after skiing.
Excellent location, close by the center (10 minutes walk), you can also benefit of a very useful on demand shuttle service to reach ski-areas.
Breakfast full of choices for every taste....Dinner, as well, excellent food and typical dishes!
Guest can also take advantage of special agreements (and discounts!) with ski-rent & ski-school.
What to say more? A great experience that I already miss!
