An elegant restaurant serving typical Valtellinese cuisine, traditional but not nostalgic, gently refined without losing character. Simple local dishes prepared with great care from good ingredients using only local and seasonal produce, fresh and full of flavour, make for a truly enjoyable gourmet experience. Sciatt and pizzocheri are probably the best we ever tasted, and petals of bresaola with fresh strawberries reduced in balsamic vinegar are simply delicious.
There is an extensive wine cellar with a good selection of carefully chosen wines, local and from all over Italy.
