We were greeted kindly by the manager who showed us where to park. The location is good. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately there were no towels supplied, nor bottled water. The wifi was good.
The worst experience was the sleep comfort. It was extremely noisy all night with traffic. There was also bright lights shining in the room window all night; It looked like daytime!
I regret that we cannot recommend this B&B.

Quaint hotel accessed by an alley through buildings. Parking quite near by but car access almost impossible. Entrances are off a very busy road. Very steep steps-beware. Nice breakfast. The restaurant was closed in August (booking.com didn't report this and the restaurant pics looked good-main reason for booking) so we had to walk into the port for a restaurant, quite a distance. Dog friendly, charge for dog. Rooms overlook internal square and other buildings' balconies but there was a fan in the room. Very clean with comfortable beds.If we could have eaten there the hotel would get a better rating.

I arrived at this albergo somewhat footsore and weary as I had been walking the via de la costa link route between the camino de Santiago and the Via Francigena and had been let down by the place I had booked because I had arrived too late. This place is not easy to find, tucked away in a courtyard between two roads, but in fact it is very handy for the bus which runs along the coast to San Remo. One member of staff spoke good English, but my Italian was functional enough. Good clean comfortable room with en-suite facilities and bidet - so important if you have sore feet! You should know that in a 2 star albergo they only change the towels every 2 days - it's the law! Good breakfast included in a very reasonable €35. A good local pizza joint nearby

Few steps away from the beach. Cousy hotel, family managed, friendly atmosphere, excellent cuisine :).
We really felt home. We also enjoyed a special dinner with live music.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 14 which has a balcony and a lovely terrace. Very convenient with our kids playing around.
