Siamo stati in questo hotel ignorando le recensioni negative. Tutto il personale è stato cortese e educato. Le camere sono molto pulite e l'arredo era bello e nuovo.
I bagni in particolare sono stupendi.
Pulizia impeccabile.
Personale alla reception sempre disponibile e educato.
Costi contenuti.
Siamo stati benissimo.
We ignored the bad comments about this hotel and we decided to stay there. All the personnel was very kind and professional, the whole structure was perfectly clean and the rooms were new-furnished. Bathroom was great, in green marble. The only thing that I'd like to point out for foreigner tourists is the breakfast: it was a little poor if you are accostumed to average hotels' breakfast. That said, for being in Italy, and for being a 3 stars, it was more than enough.
Apart from the breakfast, everything was great.

During my visit the Staff helped me a lot at solving some IT problems with booking Airline Tickets, they even put a PC at my disposal. I wil choose this Hotel again. To me the location was perfect, close to my destination and close to the highway.

Yes, sound of WC. We tried to sleep, but that obtrusive noise was coming and coming. Loud as It were a permanent toilet flushing just above your ear. But it was an air con... Like a dying animal. And activities of your neighbors - are 100% in your room too. Rooms are small, two times smaller than in Molino Rosso Hotel. Breakfast was poor, and juice was just subtly colored water. And environment... Situated in the center of factory zone with no footpaths. I don't recommend it to anyone except industrial rock fans or tractor operators.

Business partner made a joke recommendation and I did not get in time ... jokes aside - I made a prepaid booking for two weeks. Worst choice made in last two years of business travel.

Located in industrial part of Imola - might be a good choice for someone looking for basic accommodation for a night but let the logo with three wannabe "stars" fool you not into idea that this place is a hotel.

The bedding is incomplete - no quilt or even warm blankets. Bathroom basic but clean. No toiletries provided.

Do not count on breakfast there. Just cheapest possible products and terribly limited options. It might be regional curiosity/style - trash bin placed on the tables just between your plates and glasses.

Overall shockingly poor in comparison to peer hotel chains in Europe.

Pleasant 3* hotel, stayed for business and prefer it to Molino Rosso which is around the corner, and where we have stayed many times.
Ask for a quiet room, facing the car park at the back, the breakfast here is quite good, plenty of choice. The service is efficient and quite friendly.
the beds are comfortable, the shower quite small but for a 3* clean and tidy.
Not much more to add., lots of nice restaurants in Imola, very close to the A14 motorway without being obtrusive.

Room Tip: ask for a quiet room at the back.

So! I arrive at the hotel after having my booking confirmed by the hotel to be told there is no record of my booking. Good start! So I spend the next 2hours trying to sort that out. Then there is the national Italian obsession of taking your passport and taking all the  details and a photocopy?  Why is
this? Hardly any other country does  it? We are not criminals !!! You
have our addresses and our credit card details is that not enough? What do you do with the details? Sell them on eBay? It's totally pointless!

Next i go up to the room to find out the air conditioning is not working. Once it is switched on, it is more of a light breeze than effective air conditioning. Pointless having such ineffective air conditioning to cool a room in the middle of summer if it  is not going to function.
The bar was down stairs in the lobby. There is a serve  yourself fridge for the bottled beer which is mostly warm in the fridge and the draft beer was of such a poor quality I had to send back 2 large beers because they were either flat or so cloudy you could not see through the glass.
Finally to bed and again, as is the case with a lot of Italian hotels, they seem not to have come intothe 21st century and found the invention of the "duvet" really? In this day and age? Come on! is it really that hard to get away from a 1970s blanket and sheet. My  grandma has even got past that now! So uncomfortable but! Hey, don't let us stop that being nice and efficient for you! Never mind the customer's "comfortable night sleep". Its not like you are a hotel? Hang on a minute? YES YOU ARE!!!
Overall shockingly poor in comparison to peer hotel chains in Europe and don't hide behind the fact you might be on a par with other local hotels. If that's your benchmark? Goodness help Imola!
Rubbish!

Twice now we have used this hotel on the way to Bari and had good experiences both times. The rooms are nice and modern, check in staff speak English and are very friendly. It is very handy when you are on a road trip as it is only minutes from the motorway. I would not reccommend having dinner there though as this was expensive and the food microwaved, a big disappointment. the bonus for us is that they have no problems with us bringing our dog in.
