We went to this restaurant for a quick snack. We left having got 50% of what we wanted, it was a busy day and the system collapsed under the strain. After 45 minutes we still hadn't got our pannini. Eventually, after a wee bit of stressing, the bread was baked, the ham cured and our panninis arrived - we'd sort of lost the moment by then! Top tip would be to plan ahead - the food going to the restaurant did look very good though.
