We came across this place because we liked its look of relaxed elegance. It's on a pedestrian street in the centre of Grado and it's also great for people-watching. The food was good and well-presented and the portions are ok but not too generous. We ordered the local aperitivo, spritz aperol, which was also very good. We tried the caprese salad, roast beef, roast chicken, mixed grilled fish, grilled squid, melanzane parmigiana and fritto misto. We didn't order desserts but they brought us a lovely fresh peach sorbet to end the meal. The staff were cheerful and made us feel welcome but they probably should refrain from making judgmental comments when foreign guests ask to add something like peperoncino to their food!
