I booked 2 Senior Suites with Laguna View. Check in was easy, quick and multilingual (my Italian comes with a German accent so they easily figured out what language I am most comfortable with :) )
The rooms were very spacious, functional and clean and had a huge balcony with 2 sunloungers.

The spa area is on the top floor overlooking the lagoon, which allowed me to watch a thunderstorm while relaxing in the jacuzzi!

Breakfast was very good. Perfect coffee and tasty croissants - everything it takes on an Italian breakfast table!

When coming back to Grado I will definitely book again!

Room tip: Laguna view

We stayed in a hotel for a week and very really satisfied with services. Wide choice of products for breakfast: fresh fruits, yougurts, cheese, eggs prepared in multiple ways, bakery, etc. Girls at the reception helped us with booking sunbrellas at the beach, and the one they have booked places at, is very nice. Rooms are very spacious, clean, bright, with everything you may need. All staff was really helpful. We also tried dinner in the restaurant (on the top floor) - very tasty, food view. I dont see any problem in walking to the city center from the hotel. It takes 15min maximum, but you get to enjoy unbelievably beautiful sunset during your walk to dinner, if you choose going by the seaside.

Unfortunately i have been there in peek season and paid more than 200€ per night, which is totally overpriced. The location of the hotel is very well, but in wintertime there is nothing to do in Grado. I wanted to change my reservation, but the manager decided that i have to pay full price if i leave earlier (that makes me never come back - very poor). The pool is too small, the chairs arount to less for all the people which are in the hotel (and all are coming to the pool because there is nothing else to do there), the rooms are nice but to cold and the air condition or heating system was not to control in the room.....it did not work. Staff in reception is very friendly, the restaurant in the 6th floor very good but expensive. Even i paid a lot of money per night, the internet and parking are not for free, even very expensive (asking money for everything). Breakfast is good....My booking was a room directly in front with sea view, but i got a room in the back side of the hotel, view to the city in the back....(very poor as well, i had to pay price for the sea view and i did not get it)

@Mr. Manager (if you ever read that)
If someone is booking a room with sea view, dont confirm if you are not able to provide it.
If someone wants to change the reservation because of a change of private shedule, you should make this change for free if you want him to come back again.....

If you want my personel mind, let me know your mail and i can send private message...

I am mad and you can change that.....otherwise i will never come back and i am every year one or two times in Grado for business...
I am in a lot of hotels around the world every year

Room tip: Be carefull with all the extra payments.....room with sea view are highly recommended

Very large rooms, very kind staff, nice breakfast, good location and very good price!
Ive been there for 3 nights and I'm very satisfied!
What is disappointed that they don't have any GYM or sports activity. The pool is very small and its impossible to Swim.
