This museum provides you with a window for imagining the ancient Greek colony of Naxos. You will find ceramics and coins, clay shards and artifcats. If the beach is crowded or if you are tired of restauranting, then stop in and visit this museum. Not overly memorable but quaint. And if you enjoy archeology, then you will indeed find a few treasures. On the premises is an archeological park. Both museum and park provide minimalist signage.
And I agree with other visitors, bring small change for the entrance fee.
