Nice little hotel, close to the Vittoriale and the waterfront where you can find places to eat. Decent sized room, nice bathroom and a decent spread for breakfast (pastries, buns and cheese with ham, cereal, yogurt, jams, boiled egg, juice, tea, coffee). Yes, a little noisy, you do hear the traffic from the street but not of the other patrons of the hotel. Internet access in the lobby and a little bar which really fills up on the weekend! We visited in Feb which is VERY low season in Gardone so not much was open but two restaurants nearby were of good value and with decent food. I would recommend this place.

This is a really clean and friendly boutique style B&B. If you like the Room Mates hotels, then you should like this one too. It’s on the main road which runs around Lake Garda, and therefore it is subject to some traffic noise, but there isn’t any door slamming, noise from other people passing your room and you certainly won’t hear toilet flushing or snoring coming from other rooms. I always strip the bed linen off the bed on the last day of my stay in any hotel, and found the mattress and pillows looked and felt new plus they were spotless.
There was a very good variety of food for breakfast including fresh fruit, ham and cheese, which could be eaten in the breakfast room or taken up to the roof terrace. We were even given a plate of fresh fruit for our room, which was very generous and thoughtful. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, even to remembering what we liked to eat for breakfast.
There wasn’t a lake view from our room, and I get the impression that none of the rooms have one. However, there was a lovely view of the lake from the roof terrace. On the day of our arrival we watched a firework display taking place in another resort from the roof, which made a great start to our holiday.
Just down from the hotel is a restaurant called Emiliano’s, which we ate in on a few occasions. The food was great, with a choice of beautifully cooked fresh fish and other Italian dishes with the added bonus of the menu being written in Italian, German and English. The waitresses spoke excellent English and were very friendly, which helped considerably as shamefully our Italian is appalling.
Within walking distance, uphill from the hotel, in Gardone Sopra you will find The Botanic Gardens which were not just beautiful, but also entertaining. The Vittoriale house, garden and museum will take at least a day to see properly, or half a day if you’re not inclined to take your time and stop and look. The climb up to the top of the mausoleum is well worth it for the view out over the lake which is breath taking. A reasonable trot further down the main Lake road towards Fasano and you’ll find Villa Alba, a beautiful old palazzo. It wasn’t open for us to see inside, but the outside is very grand if you like old architecture. There’s also a tower across the road that used to be in the grounds of the Villa, but is now in the grounds of a casino. You can still get pictures of it by going down onto the public beach. If you enjoy walking and can tolerate the heat (35-38o this August) then follow the Lake road round to Salo. Nice little town with plenty of interest and surprisingly nice clean public toilets. The boat service around the lake has been drastically reduced by the Italian Government, which makes getting to other destinations around the lake and back far more difficult than it should be due to time constraints.

This place is located right on the lake's main traffic road. It has glass windows but they do not really prevent the noise from entering the small room. The AC cannot be turned below 23C and is quite noisy. There are no rooms with lake view. The design is supposed to be the USP of this place. Not really my kind of taste tough. The best thing is the roof top terrace with lakeview. This B&B is definitely not worth the hotel room price it charges.

We stayed one night in this hotel - in a double room but the sofa bed converted into bunk beds for our two children. Interesting room, very clean, and the air conditioning was welcome. Close to the centre of Riviera Gardone and really convenient for bus stops and ferries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great roof top bar with views over the lake and our breakfast was served up there - what a treat! Not a typical Lake Garda hotel - very modern and not run down like many of the others......

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in June. It is a modern hotel, very convenient for the town. The Lake is just round the corner with lots of good restaurants and bars to choose from. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly. However we arrived on a Saturday to find they had a jazz night on. It was pouring with rain on that particular evening and apparently the band is usually on the roof terrace. This evening the band was in the hotel lobby and our room was on the first floor. The noise was horrendous and after a couple of complaints they did indeed stop by 10.15. Not too bad for adults but not suitable for children or people like us who wanted an early night. There is no sound proofing here and it was as though the band was in our room. The staff apologised the next day and assured us the jazz was only on Saturday night. The breakfast was rather basic but the waitress more than made up for it with her politeness and nothing was too much trouble. On reflection we would stay here again but not on a Saturday night!

This is a very modern designer small hotel. Our room was pretty stylin'.
The staff is very friendly and helpful- especially Monica!
Highly recommend to everyone visiting Lago di Garda to rent a car. The ferries are great but not always convenient times and not cheap.
Gardone is a lovely small town with beautiful views and delicious restauants
