Family run hotel in central Italy, Spent 5 days there, very very friendly staff, diiner varied and traditional four courses, everything from veal to rabbit.
Pay 5 euro's for the use of the pool in the hotel Capri next door.
Drinks very good value 8 euro a bootle.
Resturant needs fans but weather was exceptionally hot
This is a great value Hotel which values the guests, will return

Room Tip: Twin beds will fet you a balconey

Spent a week at this hotel as part of a group. Having read the reviews I would agree with the writers that the hotel is probably not three star. But in hotels, like everything in life you get what you pay for. The accommodation is basic but the hotel is clean and we found the staff friendly and helpful. There is no internet availability and if it were not for the US Masters on Sky the evenings would have very boring.

Room Tip: Corner rooms have a generous balcony if you want to enjoy the evening sunshine.

I would rate this hotel a two star, very friendly staff who worked extremely hard but food was very repetitive every day think they need to rethink their menus. Not much information available as to local amenities e.g. fact that Hotel Capris pool could be used even at a charge.
Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel as it is also quite a walk especially for anyone with walking difficulties to shops and cafes etc

Room Tip: when booking ask for a corner bedroom as they are a bit more roomer than double rooms

I travelled with family and having read poor reviews on Trip Advisor we were worried about what to expect. Needn't have worried, hotel was lovely, clean and very comfortable. We had a large corner room so also a corner balconly, beautiful marble floors throughout and comfortable beds and quiet, ensuring a good nights sleep. Food was mostly excellent and gave us a real flavour of Italy. This is a small family run hotel and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please us. Unless you are looking for exiting nite life I would have no hesitation recomending this hotel .

I stayed here as one of a party of people on a sightseeing coach trip. It is advertised as a small, family run hotel and it certainly lives up to this. My partner and I don't go on holiday with the intention of staying in the hotel the whole time.
The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but guests can use the pool in the next door hotel, however, there is a charge of 5 euros for this.
Dinner seemed a bit repetitive, soup to start, followed by pasta, followed by main course and dessert. At the end coffee was extra. Having said that, the food was very tasty. Breakfast was the usual continental, cheese, ham, fruit, rolls etc.
It was very comfortable and the proprietors, although not speaking much English, made us feel very welcome and made for a most enjoyable week's holiday

Very welcoming and friendly owners. Large spacious room with balcony and good showering facilities. Lovely food with 4 courses each night. Cool climate at night so air conditioning wasnt neccessary. Ideal location for day trips as Fiuggi is situated roughly halfway between Rome and Naples. Short walk into town centre which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Really enjoyable!

Room Tip: Back facing views have great scenery

Unwelcoming arrival, downhill from there. Walls paper thin could hear every sound from other rooms and throughout the hotel. No hairdryer in room. No tea/coffee facility in room. No balcony. Two single beds pushed together to form a double, very squeaky and uncomfortable, pillows rock hard. Ensuite and room uncleaned throughout our stay with black mould on wall where toilet cistern had been dripping condensation. Food unappetising and bland with no choice, fixed menu only, except for one night. After expecting tasty italian cuisine was very disappointed . Very cramped dining room more like school dinner conditions. Same tablecloth all week, badly stained by end of week. Service was rude and hurried we were thrown out of dining room on first night for them to get ready for breakfast. Breakfast and dinner bit of a scrum especially for salad which ran out if you weren't fast enough. Most staff had very poor english, if at all. On one night overlooked for soup and went into town to get meal, again overlooked for dessert had to ask and told they had run out and were given different dessert. No information on the area available and only italian channels on TV. 2-3 person lift with 100+ guests. No hot water available on the morning we had to get up for departure at 6.00 am.
