Description: The intimacy of a small room with just six tables with views of the kitchen, you will enjoy a dining experience in an exclusive atmosphere. Don Giovanni bases its origins on over 25 years of experience in the restaurant business Italian and international Chef Pier Luigi Di Diego and the daily and careful research of raw materials of the season and first quality. Our garden of 1.2 hectare, diversified from May to October, is located at Marrara near the former headquarters of the restaurant and allow us to use fresh raw materials that are processed in the kitchen with great respect for tradition, without excluding modern techniques cooking and processing of food, paying close attention to nutritional aspects. Every day by our pastry, fresh bread is prepared with different qualities of flour. Our wine cellar, made in the former bank vault that was here before the seat, offers a careful selection of wines with more than 600 national and international labels. Our philosophy of life, prompted us to choose most of the wines produced from sustainable agriculture (organic, biodynamic, etc.). The opportunity of a proposal for a tasting by the glass in combination with the food is the opportunity to taste wines that respect the originality of the terroir, ie the taste of a particular place.
