Most good restaurants manage to get some things right, some of the time - maybe great food but at a high price, or maybe mediocre food but a great atmosphere - but here they've somehow got things just right. Now, we're not talking world-class cuisine, or the experience of a lifetime, just a genuinely ordinary restaurant that knows its business. Proper white cloth napiery, tables not too close together, fast and attentive service, very simple menu with just two primi and three secondi and some of the freshest and best-cooked fish in Fano. And all at a most fair price for a fish restaurant. No wonder you need to book even on a mid-week lunchtime in the middle of winter in a place well away from the centre of town.
