We enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again. Very good location but quite area. Just perfect for family holiday. Also liked that it was possible to explore around with a bicycle. Pool area and hotel was clean and service was very friendly! Thank you! More

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip while visiting the local Misano circuit. The rooms were tiny and the beds uncomfortable. The photos posted on booking.com are not anywhere near representative of the hotel. It looks like they were taken in a completely different hotel. The staff unhelpful and at times rude and aggressive. The level of noise made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. While there a young football club was also there with about 30 youngsters. They were incredibly noisy to the level it was impossible to carry on a conversation in reception with anyone else while they were there. All pleas to the hotel staff to ask them to be quiet were ignored. Most bedrooms had views of a brick wall. A must to avoid!
We stayed here for five days for the moto gp, the hotel is in a good location near the beach. There is a port just down the steps with lots of restaurants and shops etc
The hotel was very clean but a bit tired
The staff were excellent and very helpful
The only bad points were the beds were very hard and not very comfortable and the breakfast wasn’t very good it just seemed all very cheap and nasty although the coffee was lovely

stayed here as our base for the moto gp, lovely, welcoming, room and sea view great, nice pool , staff very helpfull and friendly after booking.com messed up the reservations, but hotel sorted it out in the end, not far from train station and right by the beach, 5 minute walk to town and bars and cafes, ideal

We have been visiting Cattolica 11 times over the last two decades, for our summer holiday. The last 5 stays have been at Hotel Madison, and it definitely won't be the last.
It's always a pleasure getting back to the hotel. The staff and hospitality they provide is excellent. The hotel is located just a very short walk from the beach, in quite surroundings but yet very centrally located with quick access (walking distance) to everything. The hotel is very clean, some of the rooms are a bit small, some apartments could need a upgrade but in general it keeps a high standard. The svimming pool at the hotel is clean, nice and with a good size.
We have always had lunch and dinner included in our stay and the variation and quality of the food have always been extremely good. However this year (2018) the quality of the food did not live up to the standard we have experienced previous years. The food was in general more tasteless, and we experienced several times that the food was overcooked. Maybe it's time to give the chef a "heads-up". For that reason the rating ends on 4 instead of 5.
If you want a relaxing, friendly and safe holiday, Cattolica is a place to visit. We will definitely return, and we will book our stay at Hotel Madison yet again :-).

Have been there with my family and like the location of the hotel. It is at the port and close to all the restaurants at that area. There is in particular the best ice cream place just as you go down some stairs at the end of the street ( which was less then 50 m) The hotel has a big swimming pool I liked a lot. You could also walk to the pedestrian area where there are also other restaurants and bars. The only thing I am not giving excellent is the room size and because of the noise you could hear from one room to the other one. I mean everything :( that is not good. The TV till 2 a.m next door is not the ideal place to sleep.
