A modern property, immaculately maintained. Located near the centre of Caserta but the very busy road has no footpath - so to visit the Royal Palace you need a car - same also for the nearest restaurant - La Tegola - which was quite good. Safer to drive than to walk 300 m.
Given that all the reviews so far for this hotel are in Italian, I'd say it hasn't been discovered yet by English-speaking tourists. The decor is quite quirky - coloured lights everywhere - e.g. bath and ceiling, and they can be programmed to cycle through red, green, blue, purple, orange etc. The bed was round - but just as comfortable for sleeping as a conventional rectangular bed - it only lacked a mirror on the ceiling!
Parking outdoors was plentiful and free, and inside the perimeter of the property.
WiFi was free but quite complicated to set-up - you had to send a text to some number first.
Breakfast downstairs in the basement was good.
Not a property for a long stay - but very suitable for a 1-day visit to the Palace, or for Italians motoring from North to South because Caserta is about halfway between Milan and Sicily.
