This hotel was brilliant, friendly, helpful staff, a spacious room with modern bathroom. We had views from our corner room directly towards the palace and gardens. We would highly recommend dining at the restaurant here. The food was superb and Raffaele our waiter was extremely charming, with 35 years experience at this hotel, he made our evening a real highlight and offered us several special 'tastings' from the kitchen, a real bonus!
Conveniently located to the Palace, we hired motorized bikes from the start of the gardens at 6 euro an hour, this made the gardens really easy to get around! The Palace interior was stunning, whereas the exterior looks decidedly tired, well worth venturing inside.

Booked this at the last minute and well worth it.
We were lucky to be upgraded to superior room- which I recommend.
Location great to shops and Castle. Ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the food.

Staff Good and professional, we had a car and just parked or front which was safer we felt than parking in paid Bay across road.

To the extent that Caserta, Italy, has any action, this hotel is right in the middle of it. Easy walk to the impressive Royal Palace, with its architecture, art, and glorious gardens. Hotel's service and rooms are superior, with an extensive breakfast in a pleasant dining room. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which is fortunate because the only other places we found within about 3/4 mile were pizzerias. Some do serve pasta too, but not much else. The hotel offers onsite parking--tiny lot, but I think they will also find space elsewhere for you. Free parking. Very reasonable price for a comfortable and nicely appointed room for two.

Excellent hotel 200m from the Palace. Parking free outside the hotel or E7 per day in a secure car park directly opposite he Hotel. Very friendly staff with good English. Clean tidy room. Good value Breakfast and Dinner. We had no problem with noise from traffic at night with a street room.Get to the Palace early to avoid the crowds of school children on trips. Audio tour good, but difficult to get right room commentary. Bikes are E6 per hour to cycle round the grounds. There is a Bunya Pine at the entrance to the English Garden.

Room Tip: You can see the Palace from the street rooms.

Very close to the train station and the royal palace (Reggia di Caserta) and also just a few hundred metres from the bustling city centre with a wide assortment of shops and bars and restaurants!
Definitely the place to stay at....rooms are clean and fairly spacious, modern lighting and fittings and really nice bathrooms with chrometherapy (coloured lighting shower) even though that wasn't working in our room. The walls are insulated and soft and quite sound proof.
Service is excellent and every staff went out of their way to please!
Breakfast is great and the restaurant has a daily menu for lunch and dinner(we didn't dine in as we were there for a wedding).
I would definitely return and I recommend it to everyone.

Room Tip: Ask for a 4th or 5th floor with views over the Reggia

We wanted to stay outside of Naples, and after a day in Pompeii we chose this hotel. Pleasant surprise. Small but modern and very clean rooms, and the most wonderful Maitre de (sp?) Raphael, welcomed us into the dining room, and treated us as if we were the only ones there. The front desk helped us with directions, and the rates were very reasonable.

Nicely situated at the edge of the town center with a view to the palace. Clean, small and seemingly ultramodern rooms with touch controls to everything, sadly it doesnt always work and the aircon control went crazy! The showers had funky lcd lighting option that gives a slighly cheesy porny vibe hehe. Breakfeast was diverse and good, they provide free wifi and parking.
Overall good valie, will come back.
