I went down with the intention of a 'spa' experience, when it was snowing very heavily. I took one look through the window and the queue to pay and went back to our accommodation. It was very crowded, and it's not cheap (12 euro each or 28 for a family, more for spa bit), so unless you go on a very sunny day, when everyone else is skiing (why would you?) I can't see it being a pleasurable experience. You also HAVE to wear a swim cap.
Went and sat in the Esso Bar, which is fab!
