We booked this for us and our two teenagers. They both got a room each as the prices were so reasonable.
It is in an excellent position for the cable car up to where skiing starts, about a three minute walk. At the end of the day it's a five min walk from where the red run back into the town finishes, right past Apres Ski Paradis if you're up for a good end to the day. It is off the main road.
There is only breakfast, lots of cereals, breads etc, nothing hot, but it is very good and more than enough. Nice hot drinks machine.
Very easy to buy lift passes and we rented from Peak Sport next to cable car station who were very helpful, again very convenient. There is a ski room with heated boot rack in the basement of the hotel.
The garni is very clean, rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, I think we got clean towels every day too. Very comfortable bed. There is some noise as everywhere is tiled but nothing to bother you. There are no baths which is the one thing I missed after skiing, but loads of hot water. There is nowhere to sit apart from your room and outside, but if you're skiing thats not an issue.
The family that run it are very polite and helpful. There is a small car park, it took us about 90 mins to drive from Innsbruck.
Really liked the skiing. Prices on the mountain for food and drink are very reasonable and pizza etc is very cheap. Great value for money. Four ski passes were about 800 euro for whole Dolomiti area. Ski hire 400 euro for 4 adults. Having been mugged in Meribel last year we couldn't believe the value for money.
