This hotel is run by a very gregarious (and tri-lingual, at least) man and his wife. He is in charge of the hotel, and she's in charge of the food, including amazing homemade apple strudel, linzertorte, sacchertorte, etc. Room was very clean, small but adequate-- they even squeeze in a little desk. We were right above the main restaurant/bar area but noise was not a problem. When we told them we had to be on a 6am train out the last morning they told us of another guest leaving at the same time, for whom they had already called a cab. Breakfast (included) was typical German breakfast-- bread, meats and cheeses, fruit, juice, coffee, and one of the aforementioned desserts! We ate in the restaurant for dinner one night and it was also good, reasonably priced.
