We had a big problem. It was our last day in Piemonte - Italy and until then, we did not had the pleasure to taste the Piemontese specialty: Tajarin. It is a kind of Tagliatelle, but the pasta is made with eggs. Lucky us, we found Osteria La Bocca Buona. At first we had doubts about the place, because there was only one other couple who was seated for lunch. But we could not find an other restaurant in the neighborhood, so we decided to give it a change. Of course we wanted to make a choice from the traditional menu. Antipasto: Piatto di salumi. Two very tasting sausages. Then of course the Tajarin. Heaven! This was absolutely high standard. The whole environment was very pleasant. We were seated in the garden, but in site we saw a dining room very nice decorated and even the bathrooms, I do not mention this often, were absolutely clean, fresh and nice. So, La Bocca Buona is a good place to spent time during a nice lunch or diner. Go there!
