65 EUR for 1 night for a room for two plus our small size dog.

Very kind host, clean & confortable place. Air conditioning and private parking. It is not close to the centre so you do need a car (and coins for parking in Belluno).

Recommended without any doubt.

Stopped here on a driving tour around the Dolomites. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Italian breakfast suited us fine. Dinner very good. Great views from our balcony. Only downside is 2 km walk to historic center along rather busy road. Parking in town center is problematic.

Room tip: Good views. Ask for room with balcony away from road.

We arrived in Belluno in the afternoon and booked this hotel using the internet. We found the hotel which is a little outside Belluno and parked in the garage. We went to the front door to find ourselves locked out. No one manages the reception desk. My husband found a neighbour and even though she did not speak english she must have contacted the owners because a sweet older Italian lady showed up to let us in. Using my very limited italian, she gave us our key, showed us the code for unlocking the front door and explained that the restaurant was closed that day (it was Monday). The room itself was fine. It looked to have been freshly painted and had newer furniture. Small TV. There was a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. We faced the back which was good because the hotel is on a fairly busy road and I think the rooms on the other side would be noisy. The bathroom was fine. We tried to find another guest to get the wifi password but no luck. After a dinner in town we knocked on doors and luckily found a guest who was able to provide the wifi password. Breakfast was basic (pastries, cereals, yoghurt) and served by the ever smiling italian lady. I cannot recomment this hotel. For a hotel, I expect someone at the reception desk. Also the site we used to booked said they spoke english but we found this not to be the case.

Room tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel
