This is a partner hotel used by Collett's Mountain Holidays. We stayed there for a ski break. It is a family run place with really friendly staff, great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We had a superb room on the top floor with views that would cost the earth elsewhere. Modern, clean fittings - great bathroom and loads of space. Breakfasts and dinners are good with lots of choice and local cuisine. I was unfortunately taken ill on our last day and the staff were absolutely excellent in helping my wife and I - nothing seemed too much trouble and they genuinely cared about us. Many thanks!

Room tip: Try to get a view looking out over the town and mountains

We (my and my boyfriend) stayed in this hotel while skiing in Dolomites and it was a perfect choice. The design of the hotel (+bar, lobby and resturant) is modern and beautiful with lots of wood elements (which I like). The food is very very good and some courses are amazing (i.e. smoked goose breast was to die for).

Our room (junior suite) was big and had a lovely view over the mountains. Since we has our own big bathtub with a lovely view over the mountains we didn't use the wellness so I can not comment on that - but I'm pretty sure it's great.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly.

To sum up, it was one of the best hotels we stayed in a while, perfect for familes, couples or a group of friends. We will definitely return!

We ( 2 families with kids) just spent X-mas and New Years Eve in Melodia del Bosco in Badia, the Italian Dolomiti skiing region .

Our rooms were spacious enough for 3 to 4 persons, clean, warm , with lots of storage available. The Panorama room is nicer because it faces the sunlit mountain side so you Wake up to sunny view of the slopes.

Restaurant menu leaves no wishes open. Our Christmass dinner consisted of 7 dishes, all elegantly served. Service personel is forthcoming and speaks Italian, German and English.

We liked the modern but cosy design ( fireplace, lobby, bar). There is a ski bus service from the hotel but it will only take you to the local lift station. You do need to take the local bus to get to the Sellaronda skiing region (20 min drive) or use your own car (10 min drive).

The only thing we missed in the hotel was a swimming pool .

We went on our skiing holiday and chose this hotel.
We aren't disappointed.
The design of both; the interior and exterior is modern with many wooden elements. The rooms are cosy with nice views.
The staff is friendly and kind, willing to help you.

The only thing that's not really good is the lack of sunlight in the rooms they call "Comfort".

This hotel is good for everyone, as long as you have some attractions planned. You won't find any parks, playgrounds, swimming pools or interesting stuff to do around here, except for shops, trekking paths and ski slopes.

The Melodia del Bosco is a beautiful property that would be a five star in the U.S. Huge room, super comfortable bed, heated bathroom floors and towel racks. Huge soaking tub with mountain views. Wellness spa with steam room, sauna etc. It was perfect after a long hike. Staff were all very friendly and personable. Meals were all delicious and served perfectly. Dinner was at least four courses plus an extensive and delicious salad/appetizer bar. Breakfast had everything you could imagine plus more. Klaus, one of the owners was there each morning and evening to provide custom hiking or biking routes (with highlighted, easy to follow maps) geared to a guest's interest and skill level. We had amazing hikes each day!
