Our family of five stayed in a junior suite. The room was large and very well decorated: the hotel is gorgeous, and the staff amazingly efficient, superfriendly and utterly professional. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant: our lime spaghetti were fantastic, and our catalan creme brulee, one of the best we ever had. Just an amazing, super experience.
We truly LOVED the place, and cannot recommend it enough. Plus, very good value for money. Ascoli Piceno is a beautiful place, and we'll certainly be back soon!

We enjoyed an overnight stay during a cycling trip to Ascoli Piceno. The staff were very friendly and help, storing our bikes safely whilst we enjoyed the basic but smart room. Despite a festival in the palazzo outside, the double glazing cut out all the noise including the chiming bell tower. The only improvement they should make is to provide glass tumblers rather than plastic beakers for water

We were able to get a very good deal staying at this hotel. They have 2 locations. One is the Palazzo ( where we had breakfast) and the other is located facing the famous Piazza. We were near the Piazza. It was beautiful to see in the day and night. But, even with sound proof windows, you can hear some noise and it was warm when we had to close the windows. The rooms are very nice and service is great. I loved the full breakfasts. Parking is not easy in this town or near the hotel. But, for $ 10 a day, they take care of this problem for you. I would go back to this hotel. It was friendly and beautiful. The only down side was the WiFi. You have to go to the lobby of the Palazzo. That was inconvenient and I hope over time, they fix it so it can be in everyone's room.
I would strongly recommend staying.

Room Tip: If you really want "quiet", don't have a view of the Piazza. This is the place everyo...

A block off the main square, this hotel is like living in a grand palazzo. The room (at least ours, which was a triple) was large, clean and well maintained, and traditionally furnished. The staff was very accommodating and responsive (immediately fixed our internet connection and provided iron and ironing board when requested). Parking was available - the first day we were lucky to find a spot (free) in front of the hotel; the next day the hotel staff parked it behind the hotel. As the hotel is situated in the old town center, driving the narrow one way streets can be a bit of a challenge; but we managed! Breakfast offerings were plentiful and satisfying. Everything you would want to see in Ascoli Picenaois within easy walking distance of the hotel. I have no regrets about staying here, and recommend it highly,

The unique aspect of this hotel is its building, which is a grand old palazzo in the town centre. The location is great, close to the Piazza del Popolo. Given the narrow one-way streets, we couldn't have got the car there without assistance from the helpful person at the front desk (she drew us a route on the town map). Parking was provided in a back street. The room was enormous and full of character; furnishings were adequate. Breakfast was pretty basic. Ascoli Piceno itself is definitely worth a visit -- we were there in April and seemed to be almost the only English speaking tourists in town.
