“Beautiful property but nothing is practical”
Reviewed May 21, 2014

I think, the property is coming apart. This looked like the best property but other than the bed, all things seemed impractical. As mentioned by my fellow travellers, bathroom was the biggest problem. Water came out from everywhere other than from the shower. The temperature control was broken and the shower was so placed that the water went right into the entire bathroom, wetting the entire floor. The water wasn"t very hot. Though the person at the reception seemed helpful but all that he could offer was a change of room. As all others also complained of something or the other, we decided to stay with our luck. The other big fiasco was their attempt to serve us Indian Dinner. The menu looked very inviting, but when they brought the food in,it was hilarious. The Chicken tikka masala, was huge Chicken drumstick with a watery gravy flowing out. The Tawa Vegetable was mixture of over boiled vegetable and so on. Though appreciate their attempt but they got to get some professional Indian chefs to cook. And last but not the least. As thehotel looked very beautiful, the least we expected was a tea coffee maker. No luck even with a tea coffee maker. Stay at ur own risk.

Room Tip: check the bathroom and the utilities before u check in.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days during my recent visit. The hotel is situated in the suburbs, so if you want to explore Rome closely it is a long drive to Rome from this place. The rooms are excellent and the lighting in the rooms are neatly done. The bathroom is clean and has a good layout. The break fast spread was ordinary however the staff who serve at the buffet are very friendly and extremely hard working. The same person takes care of the bar as well. They have a small swimming pool and a Gym. This place is good for business travellers.

The hotel is at a conveniently location to travel Florence, Pisa and Rome. We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. The staff was nice and cordial. The view from the rooms was also very nice. The rooms are also nice.

Front desk - only one lady who spoke English and she was helpful, however the man was rude and unhelpful.
Interior looks flash but totally not practical. No bar stools or comfy seating around bar so you can't relax and spend money drinking.
Rooms - shower head - water comes out at sides of shower head and no shower curtain so water literally sprays everywhere!
No soap, mini bar never replaced, not one English Channel not even the news! So for a four star hotel it was useless.
Breakfast-lucky to get a drink and rest of buffet was very basic and not good.
All in all not a good experience and I will never return!! Sorry

I was in this hotel in October 2013 with group of people during our Tuscany tour. I knew that this is very modern "UFO" hotel. But - i was such a disappointed!
Hotel is near beautiful city Arezzo, but next the highway. No chance to walk to the city or around the hotel - there is only one petrol station.
Hotel is very "cold" - without spirit without any charm. The rooms are clean, but thats all. We had a troubles with key cards all stay (3 nights), and also the aircondition doesnt work very well (the room was as a freezer).

The breakfast was almost good, but first day there was only a few croissaints and they informed us that the big group before us ate everything (our group has almost 30 people!).

So...i knew, that this is NOT a traditional italian hotel, but - never more. Maybe for a business trip for one or 2 nights. But thats all.

Everything is square! From the glasses to the toilet seat! Very modern/sci fi interior which was not to my taste.
The outside pool was lovely and cool and clean, while the inside hot tub/pool was calm and quiet.
The room itself was very clean, towels changed daily, bed made every morning and bathroom cleaned. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
Very close to Arezzo Equestrian Centre (what we needed) and the reception staff where very helpful even with odd requests like a cooler filled with ice for 5.30 am.
The breakfast was limited in selection; watermelon, croissants, chocolate croissants, bread, one type of ham and one type of cheese. Orange or lemon juice and tea or coffee. Enough for myself and very very nice pastries but somewhat boring after a few days.
Dining in the restaurant in the evening was an experience. The food was just perfect and the manager in charge very helpful. He did however have limited English and dinner was like an episode from Fawlty Towers with Manwell managing the restaurant.

Overall very pleasant, suitable for family, singles or couples. In a very good location with helpful staff.

The first impression i had of the hotel is that every thing is square or quadrangle shaped. This unique design right from the entrance, front desk, bed design,TV set, Wash room ... it goes on endless. Even the plates and glasses are designed this way. There is a small pool and excercise gym in the basement.Close by there is great Chinese eatery.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.
