On our second ski trip to Aprica we hit gold when we discovered The Grizzly Bar. This little gem is run by Sonia and Flavio. The Grizzly was our go to spot for Apres ski and every evening we were warmly welcomed by Sonia and Flavio who were so generous with their gorgeous charcuterie boards served with every round of drinks, Sonia was gracious and attentive and as we discovered a great cook. We skied into the Grizzly for a prebooked lunch one of the days and were treated to a delicious boeuf carrot stew, a must for any weary skier. It would be a shame to go to Aprica and not call to The Grizzly.
