Best pizza I've tried in Italy, and I've been abroad. The restaurant is owned by young pizzaiolos in search of establishing a great pizza place. They've outdone themselves. I had a long chat with one of them, and he said he had been taking classes abroad to learn the perfect way to create the perfect pizza, including traveling to Naples to learn their craft. I suggest you order either the Marinara, or the Calzonne Tradizionale, it's so good, I had more than 3 calzonis in 1 day.
