This was a great restaurant, one of our favorites of the trip to Sicily. The food was very good and reasonably priced, the owner was nice, providing us with binoculars and a telescope to see the ruins, the view was great, and it was near our hotel. What more do you want? I highly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed from the competent staff and they offered us as well a glass of prosecco free of charge as aperitif. The menu contains typical Sicilian food. We all had starters and main course. A good highlight is the starter “Tipicità del re”: for only 9 € you will get a huge starter plate with a lot of tasteful food. The main course was nicely presented and as well tasteful.
The wine list presents only Sicilian wines, which are usually with a high level of alcohol. With our dessert we got as well a complimentary glass of Passito di Pantelleria.
I can highly recommend this restaurant overall for their professionalism, the tasteful food and the wonderful view.

We've just been for a meal to celebrate the final night of our honeymoon. It started very well - the decor is stylish and when you arrive they give you a gorgeous local bread made of chick peas. The meal got better from there - classic starters were followed by excellent fish. I even got to see mine before it was cooked, so I know for sure it was fresh. My wife had tuna - also of high quality. We can't speak highly enough of the staff - our waiter even gave us a lift home when no taxis were available. The view is also a selling point - but the food and lovely service are the real reasons to go here.

We dined here for two reasons, opened at 7.30 pm and had an amazing view of the Temples, which you are given binoculars and spy glasses to see properly, much to the delight of our two and four year old. We were pleasantly surprised byt he interior decorations, funky, modern and trendy, a nice change after rustic trattoria after rustic trattoria!
The food was very good, we had a pesto pasta which was very tasty, a tomato pasta, good but not outstanding, very good swordfish involtini and lamb shank with great flavour but which could have been cooked longer to really fall off the bone. We were the only ones dining at the early hour and after delivery of the meals service slacked off, there was no follow up to see how things were. The waiter also failed to deliver our second side dish of grilled veges (the warm cherry tomato and mozzarella salad was great) yet we were billed for it ... A total bill of 66 euros including water and a glass of wine, plus a very good semifreddo, we sadly did not pick up the additional charge until the next day...never mind. Worth a visit.
