Who wants to visit the "valle di tempi" and other sites in the south of Sicily should stay at this B&B. It's in the heart of Agrigento, with a very nice decoration full of colours, joy and warmth. We stayed at the appartment "Le notte di Apolo" and it was really big, with kitchen and a romantic bed room apart. The breakfast was marvellous and we even made a photo of it! Impressive. Lia was very kind and informed us about everything we wanted to know. So, go for it and stay more than one night!!! Unfortunately we had few days and so we just stayed one night, what was a pity. Want to return soon!
Only it's difficult to get there in car as it's nearly all pedestrian zone. Nevertheless we found a parking soon.

Room Tip: Le notte di Apolo was superb!

In Le Casette di Lu, you get everything you need and more. First, the owner welcome you warmly and does everything to please her guests. And it shows: Our room was actually a cute and comfy small apt fully furnished, with fridge and stove and all. A plate of fruits is waiting for you, along with yoghurts and cornflakes for the next morning. And there's more, because you have a choice between salt and sweet. As we dont have a sweet tooth, we had bread with cheese and ham the morning after, along with coffee that we made ourself.

The bed is very comfy. We had to climb up some stairs to get there, it added to the charm. Location is perfect, because cars can't get on the street where the B and B is. That means it's very quiet. We stayed just one night, but its a great place for longer stays too.

Great spot with an amazing host. Delicious breakfast served to room everyday. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The town of Agrigento is beautiful, rich in history. Beach is lovely. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights here and were spoilt wonderfully by our hostess who by all standards goes over the top to make sure your stay provides everything you might want or need. Well located just off the main city street, there is no noise at night. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoos and has lots of hot water... but the icing on the cake is the breakfast... homemade cake among the sweet offerings, and fresh meat and cheese in the savoury. The fridge has water and milk - and these were replenished when finished! Heartily recommended!

Stayed just overnight at the B&B and found it totally charming and the owner very helpful. The breakfast and food she had provided could feed an army !

The location was very central , though , like most places in the old town, there are several steps to negotiate and this might be a problem for some.

Wish we had more time there .
