Description: The Pub has moved with times and although over 150 years old boasts eight four star gold rated rooms, a public bar, popular with the locals that shows all live sport and has great bands every fortnight. Our lounge bar is fantastic for relaxing in with large leather sofas and armchairs with a touch of historic Charlestown. The restaurant is modern, open plan and serves locally sourced food. And if the weather's good our patio and garden is the ideal place to spend a few hours or more!

We were able to book a table.

We enjoyed a drink in the bar area and then sat down to a lovely meal!

We had the carvery (as it was a Sunday), Scampi, Childrens sausage and mash and Burger, Mackeral.

All were delicious! and great staff

Charlestown was a revelation - a charming harbour. having fish and chips in the Rashleigh Arms just completed the experience - the fish was so fresh and the meal well presented and very hot.

Visited here with my elderly grandfather for lunch.. Although the initial service was slow, the staff were all really lovely and friendly. There was plenty of choice on the menu although a little expensive. There were options for those with smaller appetites as well, perfect for children or some older people! The food came out promptly and it was beautifully presented! All in all a lovely lunch.. Just watch out for the car park.. Its testing on suspension!

Very busy evening as had been a lovely sunny day. Service fairly slow, but food good and wonderful to sit overlooking the beach.
