Owner description: A scenic stretch of land surrounded by rugged coastline.

I traveled through the majority of Ireland beginning in Shannon and heading south until ending in Dublin for a total of 15 days. This is quite a stretch and can't be missed. There aren't many places to stop as the road is extraordinarily narrow but when you do stop it is an amazing experience. It is one of the few times you truly get to feel like your exploring as the road usually has little traffic and you stand in the silent expanse of the area. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the pictures were remarkable.

The only caution I give is to ensure you have had good rest before this drive and that your driver is confident in his/her ability. It is cut into the side of a cliff and the road is incredibly narrow with small pull over points that aren't frequent. You may end up reversing to get into one in order to allow an opposing vehicle to get by. Believe me, it serves to make the experience even more memorable. This is a must on your Ireland trip and highly suggested.

One of the drives of my life. Spectacular views at the top of the pass - both of Dingle Bay and Brandon Bay. We drove from Castlegregory to Dingle and stopped for several minutes to admire the view. Utterly fantastic views.

Got to the top on a clear day - beautiful views - best part though is mountain biking down a disussed track - wow

I love Conor Pass, The best way to appreciate it is to come from the Northside and climb the winding road along the mountain side. when you arrive at pass you can look back down on Brandon Bay or forward to Dingle Bay and fishing village of Dingle

We drove Connors Pass from Adare to Dingle and what a drive. Our favorite stop was at the water fall. I think we spent two hours there. Bring your hiking boots and follow the waterfall up to the bottomless lake. See the sheep on the mountain side. It was quite exciting to overlook the seaside town of Dingle. I can't imagine seeing Ireland via tour bus you miss out on so many things.
