“Good for a large group”
Reviewed June 21, 2014

We had a dinner with a fairly large group, preset menu with some choices, and it went very well. In particular the bread, the assorted salads and the mains of grilled fish and meat were great. They do not have a license but do carry a large selection of excellent fruit juices. Service immaculate and interior is ok.

“Food not Tasty”
Reviewed May 23, 2014 via mobile

I went there yesterday with a group of friends, the set up of the place and design is very nice but unfortunately the food is very dry. We tried all the main appetizers and the grill along to some fish. The only thing which I enjoyed was the bread.
There are several other Turkish restaurants in town who serve better tasty and enjoyable food which makes you want to visit them more often.

“Good food”
Reviewed May 7, 2014

We have been to this restaurant twice.1st time for lunch on a Saturday .It was almost empty , Apart from us only 2-3 tables were occupied...2nd time we went on a Friday night ,around 8.30.
Restaurant was nearly full . Lucky we got a table...
Good ambience. ....The menu is quit extensive .... While we were going through the menu ,waitress served us a small Turkish bread ,made with cheese and herbs , which was complimentary...It was actually quit tasty.
During our 2 visits we tried Hummus, baba ganous & Turkish bread, Meze Platter, Sarma Tavuk Kebab, A rice & Chicken dish (I forgot the name of the dish) ,Fruit cocktail....
Sarma Tavuk Kebab and fruit cocktail was our favourite ...service was ok...

“Way Overpriced but very good meat”
Reviewed March 6, 2014

I have tried the restaurant since it opened , the meat dishes are better than many other places which probably ascribed to the use of Egyptian imported lamb meat as opposed to the Australian lamb used in the majority of Muscat restaurants. The fish dishes don't standout like other Turkish restaurants of a similar league nor do chicken dishes.
The bread is very good but I noticed the quality of appetizers going down a bit.
The ambience is the best amongst all Turkish restaurant and being in Qurom near the Park is a very big plus.
The staff are very friendly and they are from Indonesia and Philippines so you miss the Turkish service touch.
The biggest negative point is the pricing which is by far higher than restaurants of the same league.
