I was shocked by the extremely poor, sorry , rude service given to me by the bar staff. My peaceful evening with my family was abruptly interrupted by 3 very unqualified and arrogant staff of the hotel who refused to apologise for their insulting behaviour.
I hope the hotel management takes this act of indiscretion seriously and does something to control their employees as this kind of callous attitude will leave them losing not just customers but their reputation as a respectable 4 star establishment as well. Remember to put the 'service' in service industry!
