Frankly the brochure is misleading - in the midst of quiet beautiful French countryside, you arrive thinking you will find a calming oasis campsite. Instead, you notice the noise, the riff raff campers hanging around, loitering.
- your pitch is tiny, on stones - so bring an airbed/thick mattress. It is SO close to other pitches or mobile homes, there is little privacy between pitches.
- My main concern is the UNISEX toilet/shower block - there is no need for a 4* campsite to have only option unisex toilets!! It is NOT private nor SAFE for a female to use the bathroom while having to hear the bodily functions old man in the cubicle next door!!!
- Toilets smelt bad, and on many evenings teenagers were grouping together in the shower blocks, messing around. Quite intimidating...
-Rowdy teenagers/youths running past pitches until late at night - no manners!!
We left early, what a waste of energy and money. Don't stay here if you value hygiene, privacy and want a relaxing stay in the countryside! (Dont get me started on the noisy karaoke booming until after midnight...and children are supposed to SLEEP through this noise??) Sort it out Le PressoirMore
