Fantastic resort for Families. Ski to door facility. Ski rental shops next to piste. Excellent snow during early April. Easy access to the entire 3 valleys ski Area. Highly recommended.

We like La Tania. It's small, friendly, good value and great for kids. Some nice restaurants and bars. Some are not so good so choose carefully. Avoid the main hotel. The run into the resort is one of the nicest in the afternoon because it is north facing and therefore doesn't get too slushy. Easy to get to Courchevel 1850 and Meribel. Friendly atmosphere. We will be happy to go back here next year.

La Tania is a very pretty resort in the 3V with great access to Courchevel and the rest of the 3V, cheaper prices although this is the 3V so still pricey but you get to be in the 3V without the high prices in other resorts in the area.

The town is pretty and unspoilt, friendly and good for families. No rowdy 18-30 types here!

The blue into the village is border line red in places, theres a nice boulevard green that twists and turns and joins the blue at the very bottom, great run but not necessarily if you are not the type who likes narrow runs.

Theres more for beginners in Courchevel which has a wider choice of greens and blues and they are generally wider and less steep, however La Tania provides excellent access to the area with easy lift access and a free bus service.

Theres a good mix of food available from good old english food in le pub with a very friendly crowd to high end cuisine.

I thoroughly recommend it in La Tania, and have been back a couple of times.

Not everyones cup of tea, but we loved it. Small and modern, but cute, convenient with best home runs in 3V:)

Can't remember the name of the restaurant but it had maroon parsols and was owned by an english guy- best food and certainly good value compared to a lot of the mountain restaurants
