We stayed at Adelaide Beachfront Caravan Park for three nights and enjoyed the location. It's perfect for exploring Semaphore, Glenelg, Henley Beach etc. We were booked into a two bedroom standard villa. The park was tidy but the villa was fairly run down and could have used a better cleaning. The door to the en suite needed to be closed at all times or else the entire villa had a faint sewage smell. The park personnel were not helpful at all. They were polite, just not very helpful. One very basic question we had was when the city bus stopped at the stop right outside the parks front gate. They said they had no idea and had no schedule, so sorry. Our plan was to go to the footy game at AAMI Stadium because their web site advertised that the footy bus stops just outside the park entrance. That was news to to the personnel working the reception counter. We ended up needing to drive over and parked about 2km away from the stadium.

We stayed for 4 nights and will go back again. No Problem.
Originally booked for 3 and wanted to arrive a day early, staff most helpful in many ways and most willing to accommodate request.
Pros: Pleasant and quiet surroundings close to beach for long walks with a long boardwalk for those that just like the scenery. Only 5 mins from major shopping areas and restaurants. Top quality staff only too willing to help with special requests. Very comfortable cabin layout with large fridge and cupboard space.
Cons: Re-fitted bathroom a little drab and finished off roughly. Slightly isolated if on foot.
Thank you to all staff for a pleasant stay

We were here with the GB Cycle Speedway team, and whilst the location was ok for the racing it was a 20 min walk into Semaphore for any bars restaurants etc. We took the train from Largs (5 min drive) into Adelaide city which was quite cheap and the station is central to the main shops in Adelaide.

The site isn't full of facilities, a swimming pool is about the lot, although it is right next to the excellent beach.

Most of the cabins our group had were pretty dire, maybe ok for a odd night but not for the 3 weeks we were there, our cabin was the Dolphin Beachfront which was the most expensive and much better, if you visit here this is undoubatably the one to go for.
