Stayed here 1 Saturday night June 2017. The front desk staff member, Ryan, was exceptionally nice and welcoming. We had a King suite sofa bed room which was at the end of the hall and pretty quiet, except for the tub dripping, so we shut the bathroom door. The TV is easily viewable from the couch and bed. The temp controls were behind the TV so we had to move it a bit to change. There was a nice iHome by the bed with USB charging available AND bluetooth! Hooked up my phone right away to play tunes. The bed was a bit stiff for me, but the pillows were great. Microwave has the old turn dial but worked well and ample mini fridge space (although it needed defrosted). Everything was really clean. The water pressure in the shower was almost too much. Breakfast had a great spread - sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and a toppings bar with spinach, cheese, and salsas, an oatmeal bar with toppings, cereals, OJ and apple juice, little fridge with milks and juice, water pitcher, bread/pastry items, apples, and bananas, and 2 waffle makers with blueberry or regular waffles mix. Lots of space to eat in the dining area, really pretty hall. Coffee was so-so, ended up going to the starbucks down the street, there's also a starbucks even closer inside the target on the road to the hotel. Close to lots of shopping.

Room Tip: King suite with sofa bed is at the end of the hall, can't hear typical hall noise from the suite.

Shary at the front desk was so helpful and friendly when we booked our stay, she was great! Excellent customer service and she went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. The hotel has very modern decor and we loved the colors and design of the room we were in. It was clean, and aside from a few small things that could use attention, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend.

Our room was very nice - double beds and a pull out sofa bed. Great space for families! Very clean and amazing customer service! Breakfast buffet was good too - loved the scrambled eggs with spinach, salsa & cheese! Pastries were also fresh. Very close to shopping area and restaurants.

Springhill hotel is a pleasant place to stay for vacation. First, thing my family enjoyed was the internet service. The internet service was up and running quickly. Second, the employees were kind and helpful. Third the hotel provided delicious breakfast with our stay. The only down fall would be that the weight room and swimming pool area was small. Overall the SpringHill hotel was comfortable and pleasant.

Paid top $$ tv didn't work & was told several rooms had this issue. Could have put us in sister property but didn't see if another room exsisted. New this issue BEFORE arrival. My compensation was excuses and 10000 points which Marriott said were not registered. If your in business run a business!! Go buy new tv's instead of taking $$ for inadequate service. I want a free room, how many points would I need to stay to feel compensated!!! I say get new tv's and new assistant manager!! Marriot you need a wake up call!!!
