Clean, warm and spacious rooms. Lots of showers, super tidy kitchen, friendly staff and fantastic location. Just wish for the price we got more than one hour of wifi a day but that's my only complaint. Will be staying here again on my new Abel Tasman visit. Thanks you

I stayed in the dorms, a six bed dorm. There were no bunkbeds which was fantastic! There’s plenty of room and it doesn’t feel crowded at all. It’s a cool and vibey place to stay, super close to the entrance of the walk. The only reason I gave a lower score was because the bathrooms were a bit of a walk from the rooms. And there never seem to be enough bathrooms or showers to go around. Basically, the bathrooms are in a separate building and if you have a small bladder like me, it can be very annoying to have to walk outside (when it’s raining ) to use the bathroom. But, all in all, it’s a really great place to stay

We camped in a van a the barn for three nights and had a lovely time due to the great location and facilities. It is right at the beginning of the Coast track so you don't need to drive for a great hike to the beach. Also very close to the park cafe and kayak hire.
Wifi works well and only $5 for a 10gb 24 hour pass. The kitchen is well equipped, due to this also being a hostel, and the shower/ toilets are spacious and clean.

Cool spot to start and end the Abel Tasman great walk. Owner is very nice and helpful. Local beers for sale, always good after a 4 day hike. Huge and well equipped kitchen and good showers/toilets.

Enough space for a camper van or tent.

We went camping here a few weeks ago and loved it! We had a tent and the spot was great. Amazing views, clean bathrooms (plenty of them and private), huge kitchen and places to cook food (BQQ'S) and so close to the Able Tasman track. There were a lot of young people there which made for a friendly vibe but everyone was respectful during the night time (regarding noise). Awesome common area's such a pool table and ping pong. Veiws were stunning and this place was right at the start of the track which was amazing. Loved our time here and were very relaxed.
