I needed a guest house near as possible to Bristol Airport for an early flight, at a good price. Bridgwater Farm was ideal for what I wanted. I had an en-suite single room, found the parking on site very easy, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a goodnight's rest and got away to the Airport very quickly. Stress-free. Tea and coffee in the room, also, when I stayed you could get more hot drinks in the reception area.
Things to know. Works were being done in August 2012, but they stop at 5 or 6 pm. The landmark when you are trying to find the B&B is the large Shell garage opposite, where there is also a Spar grocer. I didn't try the pub for an evening meal, raining. You may have to phone reception when you get there, but the welcome was good. I paid cash on arrival, but had been forewarned of this. It's no big deal, the huge plus is it's close to the airport. A positive experience which I would be happy to repeat.More
