Although not cheap - this is an experience not to be missed. The decor, the ocean views ( you couldn't get any closer), the welcome, the food, the service, are all spectacular.
Great evening.

From the Valet to the wine sommiliers to the baristas, Cin Cin by the Sea is simply top notch. On entry to this glamorous restuarant, we were greeted very warmly by the valets. The hostess at the bottom of the stairs, greeted us once again, and as we were early, seated us in the lounge til we were ready to go to our table. The cocktails were superb, esp liking the Cinmopolitan. We ordered our wine from the lounge and by the time we got to the table (promptly at 7pm) the wine was there waiting on us. We got through our meal with no hiccups whatsoever. One must try is the Oxtail Risotto, who knew it would have absolutely divine? Simply delicious. This is the only restaurant that I've eaten three courses as the food was that good. My fiance and I finished our coffees in the lounge and were occasionally checked on by the waiters who did a stunning job all night. Keeping our glasses filled and food coming in a relaxed fashion. We simply had a wonderful time. Attentive, Courteous, Warm, Pleasant and Patient(from witnessing a waiter handling another guests - I was impresses because she was annoying). This place is beautiful from the decor to the service to the food.

We visited Cin Cin on our last holiday to Barbados, we had booked ahead so had a seat outside on a lovely night. This restaurant is very glamorous with well dressed diners but also manages to keep a relaxed Barbados vibe. Food and service were very good, definitely worth a visit.

We booked dinner here for our penultimate night on holiday and arrived for 6pm. We drove and upon arrival were greeted by valet parking and warm and friendly staff who were incredibly attentive and courteous. We booked an early dinner as as family with a 1 year old and 4 1/2 year old, early dinners are a must! It was ideal as the restaurant was relatively quiet and had other young families having dinner.

We selected pork buns and calamari for starter which we, and our children really enjoyed. The wine menu is extensive and the wine was poured into pre chilled glasses. Our waiter kept our drinks topped up with asking and were friendly and warm to our children.

The main courses were superb and the portion sizes just right. The food is contemporary to match the decor. We didn't have dessert as we needed to get home but there were plenty of tempting options.

The restaurant location, ambience and cool, modern and sleek interior create a welcoming atmosphere. However it is the quality of staff and the food which make it one of our most memorable meals on the island. We will definitely return. There are other long established restaurants on the island who may have good long standing reputations however fail on consistency of friendliness of staff and level of service. Cin Cin definitely give these venues a run for their money.

Overall if you enjoy fine dining you must go to Cin Cin!

Cin Cin is clearly an up and coming restaurant in Barbados, having been there twice now the service is attentive, the food is very good and the view / atmosphere great. We've heard of a number of cases of poor / slow service but we have not experienced that.

A couple of things grate though and take the edge off the otherwise great experience: 1. the incistence on booking that one has to wear long trousers (fine) yet on the evening many are admitted in shorts, and 2. the number of kids sitting in the bar / restaurant on IPads / electronic games flashing in the candle lit environment.
