Description: cin cin [chin-chin] 1. a cheers or toast to good health. 2. a refreshingly contemporary, elegant new restaurant that offers 'alfresco dining' with sweeping views of the west coast of Barbados. A trendy new hot spot that features an air-conditioned lounge bar with an expansive glass wall allowing uninterrupted views across the water, serving quintessentially Mediterranean-style cuisine with a Caribbean twist.

The wine cellar although varied does have some interesting choices and is charged at comparable prices to the restaurants in Europe.
The view is wonderful and the place has a wonderful natural atmosphere.
The food is good but don't expect Heston levels.
The staff are friendly and helpful with fast service.
A very relaxing place.
Shell fish is imported as is most of the menu but that is no different to other comparable restaurants on the island.
It would have been nice if they had made more use of the local fish and natural herbs, but overall it for us it was the best eating experience we had during our two week stay.
By comparison we dine at most of the best restaurants in Paris, Milan, Barcelona and London. This is not a one off experience.

This has been the best restaurant visited so far ! The whole package is wonderful from entering the restaurant to the food itself. The atmosphere and decor is very contempory. The food was wonderful as was the service. We have booked again for this week.

Delicious meal at Cin Cin on last evening of our holiday. Service excellent (apart from bar staff forgetting our mixers and thinking we wanted to drink neat gin and vodka?) but otherwise superb. Food delicious and our server was happy to explain about each dish and how it was cooked enabling us to make our choices. We had a table overlooking the ocean which was beautiful. A little pricey but you pay for location, delicious food and great service. Well worth a visit for a special occasion.

This restaurant was one of a list of recommendations made by our hotel. We looked forward to dining there, but were looking forward more to dining at the Cliff. We shouldn't have. This was every bit as nice and friendly as the Cliff but without the price tag. The food and service were all Michelin Star standard but without being stuffy. The staff were witty but not over familiar. I have no reservations in recommending this restaurant. Peculiarly every taxi driver that we used during our ten day visit recommended Cin Cin over all the others, they obviously have a good reputation around the island.

Enjoyed a really lovely lunch at Cin Cin. The setting is fantastic, sat inside still had a wonderful view with all the benefits of air conditioning. I would agree with other comments that your attended to by various waiters and can sometimes have information repeated to you or asked the same question by the different servers (not a big deal). Food was enjoyable, nicely presented and tasted great. It’s not overly expensive but certainly not the cheapest place you can eat, cocktails, bottle of wine, three course lunches, coffee, service charge and tip for the valet parking will be about £120 - £150. In Barbados personally I think your better going for a lunch to enjoy some great views, some of the evening meals we have had at other waterside eateries have been great but as the sunsets earlier (1830ish) then we would want to go for an evening meal the view isn’t there, still a wonderful atmosphere and setting though. Go to Cin Cin day or night sit inside and enjoy!
