Not a date restaurant but always high quality. May need to wait a few minutes at peak hours. Comfort food done well.

If you've lived in or visited a big city, this restaurant will remind you of the Jewish Delis that served pastrami or corned beef sandwiches that you couldn't fit in your mouth. in The Villages, Fl, it's one of a kind. Whether you order the huge sandwiches, knishes, stuffed cabbage, matzoh ball soup or other unique dishes you'll find consistently good quality. Our favorite is the brisket sandwich served on rye with Munster cheese. yum

I have to admit I am in the minority in my so-so opinion of Toojay's. Most people like it's deli style food and bakery items. For me, it is not much different than the Cracker Barrel / Bob Evans - type restaurants.

Great place for huge, freshly made sandwiches. Also the chicken liver and onions dinner with mash potatoes is scrumptious.

We went toToojay's for the Passover Meal. Not great. Once again the Gefilte fish tasted like it came from a bottle. The brisket was dry and had a chemical taste. The desert cake was outstanding. The chicken matzo ball soup tasted like my mother used to make.We had reservations which were not honored. We had to wait for a table to be set up.
