I am a big fan of Panera and each one has a little bit different personality. This location is a direct reflection of life in The Villages. I stopped in because I was early for a meeting and found the restaurant a bee hive of activity at 9:30 am. There was a line out the door, that moved quickly. The conversation so I heard were varied, but all centering around active retirees with plenty of interests and activities. My breakfast sandwich was perfect, on an Asiago bagel, pressed so easy to eat.
