Nice spa hotel...however I wish we had full access to the pools vs. CV limited one....front desk at arrival was very accommodating for an early check in...the restaurant had awesome, low-fat selection...everything was freshly made...cannot say anything negative about this property. Good job guys!!!

I would not recommend this hotel which was built on the terrain of a shoe factory. I think that The smell still lingers on. The reception is 'a bit shabby ,adorned' with small squares of cow hide. around the counter. The slogans of wellness and welcome feel artificial in an environment of pseudo authenticity. The standard rate room do not have a chair or wardrobe: clothes have to be hung on ugly pegs facing the bed. Room cleanliness is minimal. The restaurant showcases a vegan leaflet with unappetising dishes. Food is bland. The concept of vegetarian is alien when one is offered food cooked with animal stock. Will not recommend this place and will not return.
The thermal waters are a redeeming feature.

Room tip: Lack of choice in food, terrible vegetarian food, mediocre cleanliness, smell of shoe factory- More a canteen than hotel. No comment

We visited the hotel for the short weekend with three boys! The rooms are spacious, the amenities are good and the spa basket is a nice touch! The breakfast was ok the only thing we have been missing is the Nutella and a better quality of champagne! Tha spa is warm enough and quiet which is perfect. The staff is good but the wake up door bell in early morning for cleaning a bit annoying!

The hotel offers very good SPA facilities with different saunas. Rooms are spacious and well isolated with quality beds so quality of sleep is very good. The price is fair enough but don’t book via Booking.com since you can find much better offers directly at the hotel. Service could be improved also breakfast and other meals since the feeling of 4+ stars hotel can’t be achieved with poor quality of food from Lidl, Aldi, etc.

It may look like a converted office block but don’t be put off. This is a cool, well-designed, modern, comfortable, excellent-value hotel with superb spa facilities - multiple warm water pools, slides, steam rooms, saunas and treatments.

For me it was a ten-hour stopover during a long bicycle tour. After a 100 km ride the restorative waters were just what I needed.

Excellent and good value buffet dinner and breakfast.
