Recently went to LEVELS, was not expecting too much from a wine bar in Siggiewi but to my surprise it was a most enjoyable experience, We were greeted by Edward the owner and show to a table, the wine list is vast with an array of prices. We ordered the panzerotti stuffed with porcini mushrooms which were cooked to perfection, the wine was well chilled and we ate too subtle background music allowing us to actually hear each other. An evening to be repeated soon I hope, in a perfect setting far far away from the maddening crowd. Well done Edward and Amanda.
