It was a bit tricky to find this hotel. You have to drive into the Shell petrol station forecourt and then turn left.
The receptionists were great. The corridor carpet looked like it needed a deep clean. The room itself was clean and pleasant. The bathroom contained an actual bath which is rare in Travelodges. My room faced some trees and was quiet. Had to go downstairs for a roll of toilet paper as there was barely any left when I checked into the room. Sleeping quality was very good.
As other reviewers have mentioned, there is nothing in terms of eating out. Plan your eating itinerary or bring some pot noodles with you.More
