“Yummy local eaterie”
Reviewed May 28, 2014 via mobile

I've been going to this pub for the last twelve years and it serves consistently good food. Sometimes the fish sauce can be a bit too much but the pad thai is scrummy. The staff are always lovely and hard working. Also great for takeaways.

“Fabulous”
Reviewed April 27, 2014 via mobile

We had some friends visiting last night, I really didn't want to cook so we ordered a Thai take away from the three tuns.
It was brilliant. A lovely lady took my order, the menu choice was varied and covered the two vegetarians in our party, (I viewed the menu from the very clear web page) and the food was one of the best takeaway meals I've had.
No buts, just really impressed.

“Let us enjoy finishing our meal please”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

Quite often we complain about slow service, not in the Three Tuns. We ' d only just sat down and the waitress wanted to know what drinks we wanted. The meals arrived in good time and the food was good. We were very quickly asked if we wanted dessert, coffee, or if we wanted more drinks. Whilst still drinking our coffees and beer the staff cleaned our table, snuffed our candle and presented our bill all with a running commentary about the girls going home. It was only ten o'clock. It spoilt our experience. Don't push the extras if you're going to hurry up your customers.

“Excellent evening”
Reviewed February 25, 2014

we visited the Three Tuns on a cold and miserable Saturday night. We booked a table as in the past we have had difficulty getting a table. There are roaring fires in both rooms in the restaurant and a warm welcome. the beer is highly recommended by my husband. The food is Thai and the menu and specials always have an interesting variety of Thai food. All food is freshly cooked and arrives hot. Service was excellent but not too much. Only problem was the room we were in was a little cold even though there was a huge woodburner. Will definitely return next time we are in the area

“Gorgeous”
Reviewed January 12, 2014 via mobile

An absolutely fantastic meal. Was very busy as so close to Christmas but the service was attentive and food came promptly. Tempura vegetables were beautiful, as was the drunken noodles (although needed more meat) and the beef massaman was beautiful. Id recommend.
