Located just south of Nathong town, this place is a real gem. The rooms are individual bungalows with an enormous bed, ensuite bathroom (ours had its own massage table in it),separate lounge and walk in wardrobe. The restaurant serves good value Thai food and of top quality. The pool is plenty big enough.

The staff are so helpfuland the hotel arranges transport into town for you with only a few minutes notice needed.

If you are looking for a real boutique spa hideaway, then this will certainly fit the bill.

We have just got back from 26 nights at this stunning little jewel. For us, everything was just perfect. We were upgraded on our arrival to villa 102, but even the garden view villa we originally booked (109) would have been fine. The meals in the restaurant were top notch and very affordable, so much so that we ate at the resort most nights. The resort is well maintained and everything worked properly. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly, not like some hotels we have been to. Water pressure was ok, the aircons (yes, there are two per villa) worked so well that we slept with the aircon in the sitting room on and not the bedroom unit, as this made the room too cold. Breakfast was made to order and the variety is as per normal better hotel in Thailand. The pool is big, clean and deep in the middle part. A swimming pool, not a wading pool. This resort is more for couples who want a quiet, relaxing luxurious break far from the madding crowds. The time of year we were there, anyway, it was very peaceful. A perfect holiday for us. We WILL stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, relaxing area, gorgeous sunset! I love the siam residence it was my second stay and loved it! Thanks to Ben the resort Manager we had the best time! The pool is big and clean the bungalow is huge and the staff is amazing! Lipa noi is also a perfect spot if you want to make some quiet holidays and not searching the crowd of chaweng! We stayed a few years ago & just spotted this on trip advisor so felt compelled to review.

A little luxury jewel on Koi Samui, we had spent 8 days in Chaweng & this was just the remedy. Lush grounds, pristine bungalow accommodation, great service & beautiful food cooked to order! Just magical & the best sunsets.

A lovely breeze on the beach too & you can walk for miles!

Just gorgeous

We spent the last 4 nights of our Thailand tour at this relaxing establishment. It's a really calm and peaceful establishment with few bungalows. This means that the staff always remember your room number, that they always have time to answer whatever question you may have.

The staff is very professional, attentive and makes you feel welcome. Our 7 year old little girl thought it got a bit boring as she was the only child there - but then we rented a scooter and drove around for a bit.

The only negative remark I would like to mention is that it seemed like the pool was a little low on water for some reason. As a result the automatic cleansing system couldn't work, thus making the pool more dirty than any of the other hotels we've visited during our stay in Thailand. It wasn't filthy in any way. We swam in it every day, but it wasn't completely clean either.

A big compliment to the manager who came to make small talks with the guests occasionally making sure everything was okay asking if it was anything else he could do for us. First time we have ever experienced that.

We also like the "goobye-attention" in our room the last day we stayed there.

Room tip: We stayed in a family pool- and ocean view villa and enjoyed it very much! Big and spacious with no less than three toilets, two big bedrooms. Rooom number 102 :)
